Clear Path Consulting was born from a simple idea. We had the skills and experience to make a process that can often feel overwhelming a whole lot easier.

Building consents and council processes can be daunting, particularly if you don't deal with them every day. There's paperwork to understand, people to coordinate and often uncertainty around what needs to happen next.

That's where we come in.

Clear Path exists to take some of that pressure away. Whether it's managing a consent from start to finish, working through a compliance issue, coordinating documentation or simply helping you understand the next step, we're here to make the process clear and manageable.

We work with homeowners, builders, architects, developers and project teams across Northland, providing practical support with building consents, compliance and project coordination.

The person behind Clear Path

Orielle Fox | Founder & Director

Orielle brings more than eight years of experience across construction, education, finance and compliance, including experience within the Ministry of Education. She holds a Bachelor of Business from AUT, majoring in Economics and International Business.

Her experience working in regulated environments and coordinating projects led to the creation of Clear Path, with a focus on providing straightforward, reliable support and making things easier for the people behind the projects.

Based in Northland, Orielle spends her time outside of work with her two young boys and enjoys getting out on the hiking trails whenever she can.
